So I still haven't posted about last sunday and actually, I feel more like ranting about this and that right now.
I'll try my best not to!
Unfortunately not everyone who was invited could make it, so we had a nice little group of 5 members in beginning, decreasing to 4 due to a not so nice event. First we went to meet a friend at her workplace, because without her we'd never met each other. After a while we diced to move on and take purikura.
Round 1, still with 5 members.
Cause everybody was hungry since the beginning we went for an izakaya which, to our dismay, had a slow service, a lot of mistakes with the orders and the drinks weren't that good either. But we had the same table as last time, by the way that was after filming for NHK.
Not as drunk as expected we went for another 2 rounds of purikura. Since it was a goodbye meeting out last chance in while, meaning we just had to take a lot.
Absolute WIN
And now let me show you one of my new love
| here you can admire my Ma*rs bra under the Ma*rs dress haha |
No wonder we've been asked for pictures numerous times.
You can clearly see thee change
Thank you so much for this day and all the good memories together ❤
That's all
xoxo

I was just reading my old blog, which I wrote during my exchange year in Japan and realized, it is hilarious! What the hell was I thinking, doing all this crazy stuff?
Since I've been on my own that year a lot of things happened, I explored a lot, partied a lot, met a lot of people - I lived to the fullest.
But you know,
All's Well That Ends Well
and I found my perfect match in the end, am back in Japan, have a steady good job and am not as wild and crazy as before - for most of the time.
Let me summon this up for you in some pictures

Hello lovelies ❤
I'm so sorry it took me so long to write a new post, but I was searching - yes, searching, because I forgot how to code myself- for a new layout.
But somehow the comments don't seem to work..?
Last weekend was the grant lunch with my husbands relatives.
It was the first time for me seeing him in a suit, and wow! Very nice!
We took those after parting from everybody, so we look kind of exhausted (it was really hot that day, too)
The place looked very formal and made the mood a bit heavy, resulting in everybody being stiff in the beginning. Also they didn't expect me to speak Japanese, or if, just a little.
My husbands and my place was at the far end at a separate table, which was very awkward for us in the beginning. Who likes to be this displaced?
Some speeches were made, alcohol flowed, the general mood got very nice and we ate lots of awesome food, even though sometimes none knew what exactly was on the plate.
You know, Japanese put a lot of effort into the aesthetics and sometimes the result is a whole lot different from what it used to be or look like.
If you look at the top left picture one of the dishes even had some gold on it.
freaking gold on my food!
I guess that was a first and a last for me. It's so little you can't taste it anyway. Aesthetics, as I said.
We also got the beautiful bouquet ❤
Thanks to everybody who came and all who couldn't but passed a message.
Friends and People in Germany will get a different party each.
So will my husband and I.
We plan to have a private wedding on Guam.
Okay, enough of the wedding stuff!
I'm going - after a loooong time- to meet the girls on Sunday!! Sadly a lot of them have to leave soon, that's why we're going to meet.
I hope will end up having a lot of pictures and memories to share.
Thanks for reading and take care ❤

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Today is the day I shall meet my husbands relatives.
And even if they always say they don't want it to be a formal and stiff thing... well you know... I guess it kind of will be. It's the small things, like don't wanting to mess up the thank you cards, worrying about the table setting and so on, already makes it pretty formal for me but yeah...
My husbands and my attire for today. He'll be wearing a suit and yesterday I saw him wear it, or a suit in general, for that matter, for the first time.
Oh my god... why didn't he do so earlier? Looks pretty damn awesome. I promise you some pictures in the next post!
By the way, this the dress I wore at my friends wedding, I was her maid of honor. I bought it at Cecil McBee.
Do you remember, that in my last post I was going on about my hair?
Well, yesterday we opened a bottle of wine over dinner while watching White Collar and as the hero I am of course I got sleepy and didn't do my hair and nails. The iron will have to do the trick again today...
The dinner was great though, so no regrets.
Alright, I'm going to do my nails now while you can look forward to the next post.❤
The road to wavy hair

Another early morning post!
I always get up 2 or 1 1/2 hours early in the morning lately, to write posts, play some games (nerdy, I know) or do anything else, that needs to be done. Somehow I'm way too tired to do so in the evening. I have sleeping patterns like my grandma.
Anyway, I have kind of an image in my head how I want to look this Sunday, when I'm going to meet my husbands relatives, so I'm trying out various ways to do make up and hair. Actually I gave up on accessory, because I'm not really the sweet girly type and nothing matches the image in my head.
I want to go with a very light make up, even no eyeliner and wavy hair. So this week I tried two ways to get my hair wavy. Once I braided it after washing it and left it over night and the other day I curled them, without an iron though! Just twist the hair around your finger until it's not possible anymore, fix with a pin and again sleep with that.
I kind of overdid that one, cause when I took it out I had the puffiest hair ever! I took a while to make it wave-like. Maybe I twisted too much, maybe this method is not for short hair (when I had long hair it worked very well)...
Result: braiding is better!
My problem with the iron is, the waves will be gone after a couple of hours or some wind, but when I leave it over night after washing my hair it's extremely long-lasting.
A picture from my second try, no close up though.
That day I went to work near the Sky Tree and one of my students, 6 years old boy, was super fascinated with my look that day (I was running a bit late, so they saw me in the clothes above, which is d.i.a by the way) and even assumed I came from a wedding and tried to touch me all the time.
After work I bough the cutest cream puffs!
Little cats ❤ They had more cream than anything else. A bit too much for my taste but my husband told me he liked them.
Ok, that's it for now
Take care ♡
